This is where our program comes in, walking you through an intentional and structured reflection designed to equip you for 2024. You’ll emerge with clear goals and actionable steps to kickstart 2024 with momentum.

Our program is a 3-step process, delivered in 15-days small exercises, guiding you to:

  1. Plan ahead and salvage the end of your year. Reassess your goals and anticipate what you really want.
  2. Review 2023, capturing your learnings and current standing. Restore your energy and put it in the right place.
  3. Set clear intentions for 2024 and define the habits and routines you want to implement next year

Designed by Wave’s coaching science team, it includes self-reflection exercises, derived from our proven coaching strategies used with our executive clientele.
