Can you share key highlights of your coaching experience with Wave (overcame challenges, aha moments...)?
I believe the biggest highlight to be that I got to discover my true-self: my strengths, my weaknesses and learning how to leverage both.
Having a routine in place with Wave pushed me to step back. It also allowed me to ask the right questions. Having someone to ping pong with allowed me to go beyond my own limits and helped understand many things.
At first, you feel like blocking 30 minutes a week is a pain. But as soon as you start your session with Wave, you realize how precious it is. The process is simple: check in, check out which helps you to know yourself better. It has brought me tremendous value.
The second highlight was to realize that I was creating complexities myself. Wave’s method pushes you to step back and write all those complex thoughts. Writing everything down, coupled with Wave’s outside perspective, helps things, by providing a helicopter view on what's going on, and what matters.
What would you say that Wave brought you?
Wave has brought me: foresight, focus, determination and objectivity.
Who do you think should start being coached by Wave?
All entrepreneurs would definitely benefit from Wave: while they may have stakeholders, family and friends surrounding them, they don't necessarily have peers with whom they can sound board.
More widely, anyone who wants to grow at work and in life will benefit from Wave’s coaching method.
