Can you share key highlights of your coaching experience with Wave (overcame challenges, aha moments...)?

To be honest, it was initially quite hard for me to deep dive into myself. But we got there little by little thanks to Wave's smooth, benevolent and responsive process. I had always thought that doing something that had true social impact would require full-time commitment, and as a consequence, would make it less immediately actionable. The coaching process with Wave brought me awareness and allowed me to hit something pivotal around the concept of "true purpose" being much more relative, subjective and granular. It's been illuminating to explore and articulate meaningful thoughts about what "truly matters", and how "true purpose" can be concretely operationalized in my day-to-day life and in a long-lasting way.

What would you say that Wave brought you?

A fruitful ping-pong leading to a better understanding of my true-self, as well as weekly practices to keep being grounded in a consciously serene alignment with what truly matters.

Who do you think should start being coached by Wave?

Everyone who believes in continuous development and is ready to dedicate a weekly dose of time and efforts to their self-awareness, happiness and performances.
